1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
8 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, ginger and salt in a large bowl. Place the water chestnuts in the sauce and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Wrap the bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
Bake in the oven at 350 for approx. 40 minutes.

Soak the toothpicks in water, to keep them from burning while in the oven. You can also put pineapple chunks on them...
