1 medium head lettuce shredded
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions & tops
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. bacon crisply cooked & crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spread lettuce evenly in wide 3-4 qt. glass serving bowl. Top with layer each of onion, celery, water chestnuts & peas. Spread evenly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar, cheese, salt & garlic powder. Cover & refrigerate several hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon & eggs.
