1 BOX DUNCAN HINES WHITE CAKE MIX
1 SMALL BOX INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING
½ CUP ORANGE JUICE
½ VEGETABLE OIL
½ CUP WATER
5 EGGS
3 TABLESPOONS POPPY SEEDS
1 TABLESPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º F.

Mix cinnamon and sugar. Spray or grease two large loaf pans or 5 small aluminum loaf pans and dust with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Mix remaining ingredients together, fill loaf pans half full and bake until top springs back when touched - 30/40 minutes for small pans and 50-60 minutes for large pans. Cool and remove from pans.
