2 CANS WHOLE KERNEL CORN (DRAINED)
1 CAN OF FRESH OYSTERS
½ CUP CREAM
1 SMALL JAR PIMENTOS
8 SODA CRACKERS (CRUMBLED)
4 TBSP. BUTTER
SALT
PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn and oysters. Layer in a casserole dish the following ingredients: corn, oysters, 2 Tbsp. butter, pimento, cream and half of the crackers. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. butter and crackers. Bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
