Family size package cubed steak
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup buttermilk
flour
salt
pepper
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cubed steak into individual serving pieces. Mix buttermilk and egg together. Heat enough oil in a large skillet to fry steak on each side. Soak the steak in the buttermilk mixture then dredge in the flour with salt and pepper. Fry steak on each side until golden brown. Put steak in large casserole dish. Combine mushroom soup and milk and pour over fried steak. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for about an hour. Steak should be tender and cut with a fork. Cook longer if necessary to get steak tender.
