1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

3/4 c. butter or margarine
3 c. white sugar
3 eggs
6 very ripe bananas, mashed
16 oz container sour cream
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir cinnamon and white sugar together. Grease four 7x3 inch loaf pans (or three 9x5 1/2 bread pans). Dust the greased pans with sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, bananas, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in nuts. Pour evenly into prepared pans and bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
