6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt or garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook and mash potatoes with ingredients. Put 2 tbsp. butter on top just before baking. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
