1 C. RICE
1 TSP. GROUND CUMIN
3 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
3 TBSP. SALSA
¼ TSP. ONION POWDER
1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
½ TSP. GARLIC POWDER
2 ¾ C. WATER
½ C. FROZEN PEAS, OPT.
1 SM. CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES, OPT.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in oil to a golden brown. Add water, then add all other ingredients. Stir well, bring to boil, lower heat as low as you can. Cover and cook for 25 minutes. Do not open lid while cooking!
