1 can shoepeg corn
1 can black beans
1(4oz.) container crumbled feta cheese
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
Cavendar’s Greek seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Toss all ingredients in vinegar mixture.

Serve with tortilla chips. There will be no leftovers!
