3/4 c. sugar
2 T. butter
juice and zest from 1 lemon
3 heaping T. flour
2 egg yolks, unbeaten
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add zest and lemon juice. Add flour, egg yolks and milk. Mix well. Fold egg whites into first mixture. Do not over mix. Grease a baking dish and place in larger dish filled with hot water. Bake in a 350º over for about 30 minutes or until cake sets. Serve with ice cream or sauce.
