shortbread pie crust
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
3 drops green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Beat eggs and milk. Add lime juice and food coloring. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool and then place in refrigerator. Top with cool-whip before you serve
