8 oz. frozen, fat-free whipped topping
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. reduced fat peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. skim milk
1 8" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter. Mix well. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in sugar and blend well. Beat in milk.

Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust and freeze until serving. Freeze any leftovers.

Kelley says: "My father, David Allison, requested this every year for his birthday. He loved it...especially during the years when he was watching his calorie intake. If you aren't watching your waistline, you can use regular ingredients rather than fat-free, and it works just fine. Also, a homemade graham cracker crust makes this even better, if you have the time."
