1 lb. cabbage, cut into small chunks
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse cabbage and cut into small chunks. Heat wok. Add oil. Heat again. Add garlic. Brown and discard. Add salt. Add cabbage. Add water. Cover and cook 5 minutes at medium low heat. Uncover, add sugar, and cook to desired doneness.
