Directions:
At 3 p.m. put 1 pkg yeast in 1 c. lukewarm warm water and add 1 tsp sugar and let stand for 5 min.

In large bowl add 2 c. lukewarm water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted lard or corn oil, 1 tsp salt. Add yeast mixture and about 10 c. flour. Add flour slowly mix very well (I use my electric mixer until dough starts to get thick then finish it by hand). Add enough flour until thick and sticky, let rest for 1 to 2 hours, finish adding flour, rest and make into buns about 9:00 p.m. Let raise overnight and bake in the morning.
