3-4 Potatoes
1 Medium onion
2 cups Water
Milk
Margarine
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and onions and slice up in pan. Put about 2 cups water, depending on how many potatoes and onions you use. Cook until potatoes and onions are done. Add some margarine, milk, salt and pepper. Eat.
Variations: add carrots and some ham to soup. Put the carrots in first. When the carrots have cooked a while add potatoes and onions. Then add ham before the milk and margarine. Enjoy.
