2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 cups flour
1 egg white

Directions:
Beat together butter,sugar, egg yolks, and almond extract in large bowl. Stir in flour. Place in cookie press and place one cookie every 2 inches. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes
