1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
2-3 T flour
1 cup light cream { I use half and half }
4 T white vinegar
Bananas 8-10
Dry Roasted Peanuts 14-16 0z jar chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour sugar and salt together, stir in cream and add vinegar, I use a whisk to stir, cook on medium 4-5 minutes. continue to cook till mixture begins to thicken, let cool

Layer sliced bananas, sauce, then nuts I make 2 layers

can only make the morning your going to serve
