6 eggs separated
Sift:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp almond extract

Second Layer:
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff with cream of tartar and almond extract. FOld in flour mixture to egg whites. Place in well greased angel bundt type pan. Sift 3/4 cup flour with baking powder. Beat egg yolks with vanilla, sugar and salt. Add water and flour mixture. Pour on top of first mixture and Bake @ 300º for one hour
