1 TBSP OLEO
1 TBSP CORN SYRUP
2 TBSP COCOA
3/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
HEAT WATER, OLEO AND CORN SYRUP IN A SMALL PAN TO BOILING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN COCOA, IMMEDIATELY. GRADUALLY, WHISK IN POWDERED SUGAR AND VANILLA UNTIL SMOOTH. COOL SLIGHTLY.
