1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 3/4 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º. BEAT OLEO WITH MIXER . ADD SUGAR & BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY. GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR & POTATO CHIPS UNTIL WELL MIXED. DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONS ABOUT 2 INCHES APART ONTO UN-GREASED COOKIE SHEET. FLATTEN THE DOUGH WITH A FORK THAT HAS BEEN DIPPED IN SUGAR. BAKE FOR ABOUT 12-15 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
