2 CUP SUGAR
2/3 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
12 REGULAR MARSHMALLOWS
DASH SALT
1/2 CUP OLEO
1 PKG CHERRY CHIPS OR 6 OZ WHITE ALMOND BARK, 1 TSP CHERRY EXTRACT AND RED FOOD COLORING TO DESIRED COLOR.
1 TSP (OMIT IF USING CHERRY EXTRACT)
1-12 OZ PKG CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1 CUP CRUSHED SALTED PEANUTS

COMBINE SUGAR, MILK, SALT, MARSHMALLOWS AND OLEO IN A SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT BOIL 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD CHERRY CHIPS (OR SUBSTITUTE STUFF) POUR INTO A WELL BUTTERED 9X13 DISH. MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS , ADD PEANUT BUTTER AND CRUSHED PEANUTS. SPREAD OVER CHERRY MIXTURE AND CHILL.

TERRY LOVES THESE THINGS. I CAN NEVER FIND THE CHERRY CHIPS SO I HAVE TO USE THE SUBSTITUTE STUFF.
