1-12 OZ PKG CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3-4 OZ PKGS GERMAN SWEET CHOCOLATE
1-7 OZ JAR MARSHMALLOW CREAM
2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS
4 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
2 TBSP OLEO
PINCH OF SALT
1-12 OZ CAN EVAPORATED MILK

COMBINE CHOCOLATES, MARSHMALLOW CREAM AND NUTS IN A LARGE BOWL. COMBINE SUGAR, SALT, OLEO AND MILK IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN. HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL FOR 6 MINUTES. POUR OVER CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AND STIR VIGOROUSLY WITH A WOODEN SPOON UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED AND MIXTURE IS CREAMY. POUR INTO A WELL BUTTERED 9X13 PAN. LET STAND A FEW HOURS TO SET. CUT INTO SQUARES AND STORE IN A TIGHTLY COVERED CONTAINER.

AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAKE BUT, IT'S TERRY'S FAVORITE AND IT'S REALLY EASY EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO STIR FAST AND HARD OR IT WILL STIFFEN UP ON YOU. I MAKE THIS EVERY CHRISTMAS.
