1 TBSP ONION POWDER
1 TBSP CUMIN
2 TBSP CHILI POWDER
4 TBSP FLOUR
4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
1-8 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
JALAPENOS OR CHIPOTLES TO TASTE

MIX SPICES AND FLOUR IN OLIVE IN SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL FRAGRANT AND STARTING TO BROWN. SLOWLY ADD CHICKEN BROTH AND TOMATO SAUCE AND COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED.
