1 1/2 CUPS SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
1 STICK OLEO
2 EGGS, BEATEN
3/4 CUP MILK

Directions:
COOK GRITS ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. ADD CHEESE, GARLIC AND OLEO. COOL. COMBINE EGGS AND MILK ADD TO GRITS. POUR INTO SPRAYED 2 QT CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR ONE HOUR IN AT 375º.

CAN BE MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE, JUST TAKE OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN.
