4 CUPS BEEF BROTH
1/2 CUP ONION, CHOPPED FINE
1 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/4 CUP OLEO
1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
1 1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS

COMBINE RICE, BROTH, SEASONINGS , ONION AND OLEO IN A BAKING DISH. BAKE, COVERED FOR 30 -40 MINUTES AT 350º. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND STIR IN THE PEAS AND MUSHROOMS. LET STAND COVERED FOR 20 MINUTES.

THIS IS GOOD WITH FISH IF YOU SUBSTITUTE CHICKEN BROTH FOR THE BEEF BROTH. AND, IF YOU DON'T LIKE MUSHROOMS, YOU CAN OMIT. MY FAVORITE RICE DISH.
