11/2cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 well beaten eggs
3 1/2 cups of cut up rhubarb

Directions:

Mix the above together and put in a large pie crust:

Pie Crust: 2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 to 6 tbsp. water
roll out two crust: one for the bottom and one for the top. brush with milk and sprinkle sugar on top.
