6 hardboiled eggs
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp fresh onion juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp sugar
dash of pepper
2-3 drops of Worchestershire sauce

Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Mix all ingredients and whip until smooth & fluffy. Fill egg halves. Top with a sprinkle of paprika, parsley, chives, or pimento.
