2 lb. Mock Crab Salad
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 oz. Green Onions, chopped (about one bunch)
2 oz. Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mock crab, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
Put in oven proof serving bowl, top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers or baguettes.
Preheat oven to to 350ºF
