3 eggs
2 c. sugar or Splenda
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp almond extract
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh or partially thawed
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
Whipped cream, optional
1/2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp sugar or Splenda
Hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Grease 9 x 13" baking pan.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs & sugar till light & fluffy. About 5 min. Add butter & 1 tsp extract. Beat 2 min. Stir in flour just until combined. Fold in cranberries & pecans. Spread in pan. Bake 45 - 50 min. or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven.
Mix together icing sugar , sugar & 1 tsp extract. Add water till smooth. Drizzle over uncut warm squares. Let cool. Cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream or dust with icing sugar if desired.
