1-1/2 cup Crisco
3 cup sugar
3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
5 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 TBL coconut extract
1 cup Angel Flake Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and Crisco. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add milk and dry ingredients (alternate). Add flavoring and fold in coconut. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold int. Put in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Cool 15 minutes (Powder suar topping optional).
