3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
can of pineapple
maraschino cherries
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp pineapple juice
1 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in frying pan, add brown sugar but don't let this cook. Take a can of pineapple and place fruit as desired on top of butter and sugar. Can add cherries if desired. Then pour the following batter. Cream yolks of 3 eggs, sugar and pineapple juice. Next add flour and baking powder. Add beaten whites of 3 eggs. Bake in a slow oven 20 mins. Must cook in a frying pan.
