1 envelope gelatin
3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk in top of double boiler and sprinkle gelatin on top of milk. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour slowly on yolks of eggs slightly beaten with the salt. Return to double boiler and cook until thickens some what, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add flavoring and fold in lightly the whites of the eggs that have been beaten stiff.
