1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp flour
salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. cream
Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, mix sugar, flour and salt. Stir enough of scalded milk into dry ingredients. Stir in remaining milk. Cook covered 10 mins. Beat eggs slightly, add to milk and cook a little longer. Cool, Add vanilla and cream. Freeze.
