1/2 c butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. blanched almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare almonds by chopping coarsely. Place butter in a skillet and allow to stand in a warm place till softened. Add sugar and stir constantly, when its a delicate brown in color and smoothly blended, add almonds and cook three minutes longer. Pour onto butter pans and mark as soon as possible. May be coated with melted dripping chocolate.
