3 c. Broken Pecans
2 pkgs cream cheese softened (8 oz)
2 cans crushed pineapple drained well(8 oz)
1/2 c. diced red pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake nuts at 350º for 7-10 min to roast. Chop 1 c. nuts to roll balls in. Ground the other 2 cups to add to cheese balls. Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Roll in the chopped pecans before serving.
