2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 tsp. salt
11/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 c milk
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 shallow roasting pans with aluminum foil. Coat with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. Mix together cornflake crumbs, Parmesan, salt and cayenne pepper in large bowl. Dip each chicken piece in the milk; roll in the cornflake crumbs to coat. Place on prepared pans. Lightly coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray. Bake without turning for an hour or until internal temperature reached 180º.
