2 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP OIL
2 EGGS
3 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 CUP COCOA
2 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 1/2 TSP SALT
1 CUP HOT COFFEE
1 CUP BUTTERMILK
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS (OPTIONAL)

FILLING:
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA
1-8 OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE
1 EGG
1-6 OZ BAG CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1/2 CUP COCONUT (OPTIONAL)

GLAZE:
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
2 TBSP BUTTER
3 TBSP COCOA
2 TBSP VANILLA
1-3 TBSP HOT WATER

MIX ALL CAKE INGREDIENTS WELL AND POUR 1/2 INTO A WELL GREASED (OR SPRAYED) BUNDT PAN. POUR FILLING MIXTURE ALL AROUND THE BATTER AND THEN THE REMAINDER OF THE CAKE BATTER. BAKE AT 350º FOR A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. COOL IN PAN AND THEN TURN OUT AND POUR GLAZE OVER TOP OF CAKE.

I NEVER ADD COCONUT BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE COCONUT THAT WELL. AND, YOU CAN USE THIS GLAZE ON OTHER BUNDT CAKES.
