1 package spaghetti (16 oz)
1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 oz)
2 eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
minced garlic
garlic salt
bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook beef with minced garlic (to taste) over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, garlic salt and bay leaves (2-3 leaves) allow sauce to simmer approx 8-10 mins. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain the spaghetti; add to the egg mixture and toss to coat. Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake for 40 mins. Uncover and continue baking an additional 20 mins or until cheese is melted.
