Filling ingredients:
4 pears -quartered, cored & thinly sliced
6 gala apples - quartered, cored & thinly sliced
1 cup raw cranberries
2 tbsp fuctose ( or 4 tbsp of sugar)
1/4 cup oatmeal Old Fashion
1/2 of a lemon juice
3 tbsp of honey
3 tbsp of dark molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg


Topping:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup fuctose (or can use regular sugar - 1cup)
1-3/4 cups of Oatmeal (Old Fashion - NOT quick)
2 Tbsp golden Flax
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp of the meat of the sunflower seed (raw)
1/2 cup raw cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the filling ingredients and put into a greased 13x9 casserole dish.

Topping -
melt the butter in a sauce pan
Mix the butter with the topping mixture:

Spoon the topping over the filling.

Kids will not even realize that they are eating something that is good for them - nor will husbands ;-).

Bake for 45 mins at 350.

Serve warm - can serve with Ice Cream if you would like
