3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugars, water and corn syrup; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in maple flavoring and vanilla. Cool for 15 minutes. Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.

Personal Notes:
A nice change from store bought syrup and easy to make if you run out. Our family likes to go straight vanilla and omit the maple.
