16 cups coffee (needs to be really strong)
8 cups vodka (one bottle of Costco Smirnoff)
11 cups sugar
8 tablespoon vanilla (this is to taste)

Drink up (or pour out) about (12) 16-ounce bottles of Grolsch Beer (you need a bottle that has a swingtop lid). Wash bottles in warm soapy water, remove labels, and set aside to dry.

Make really strong coffee. Add sugar to hot coffee, stir until dissolved. Add vodka and vanilla extract. Pour into beer bottles using a funnel. Store in dark cupboard for 4 weeks (must have 4 week head start).

Keep one to drink, put a ribbon on the others with a card that says "Merry Christmas" and your favorite recipe on the back.
