30 vanilla wafer cookies
2 1/2 to 3 c ice cream favorite flavor
1 -12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Arrange cookies on wire rack placed on an aluminum foil-lined jelly roll pan. Freeze 20 minutes. Scoop ice cream with 1 1/2 inch scoop directly onto cookies. Freeze 1 hour on rack. Microwave chocolate chips on high 1 minute or until almost melted. Let stand 1 minute, stir until smooth. Stir in margarine until melted. Working quickly, spoon about 1 tbsp warm chocolate mixture over each bon bon, almost completely covering ice cream and cookie. freeze 1 hour or until ready to serve.
