1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1/2 CUP OLEO, MELTED
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP (OR USE CELERY SOUP AND OMIT THE CHOPPED CELERY)
1/2 CUP WATER
1-8 OZ JAR CHEESE WHIZ
1-10 OZ BOX FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI, THAWED
1-7 OZ PKG RICE, COOKED

Directions:
Directions:
COOK CELERY AND ONIONS IN MELTED OLEO. COMBINE SOUP, WATER AND CHEESE WHIZ. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS WITH BROCCOLI AND RICE AND PLACE IN A SPRAYED 2 QT CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 350º FOR 45 MINUTES.
