1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1 STICK OLEO

1-8OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE
1 LG CONTAINER COOL WHIP
1 1/4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
3 CUPS MILK
1 PKG VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
1 PKG CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING
2 TSP VANILLA

MIX INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST, PRESS INTO A 9X13 BAKING DISH AND BAKE AT 325º FOR 20-25 MINUTES (LIGHTLY BROWN). LET COOL.
MIX CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP COOL WHIP, AND 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR. SPREAD OVER COOLED CRUST. MIX 3 CUPS MILK, PUDDING MIXES, VANILLA AND 1/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR. SPREAD OVER CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE AND TOP WITH COOL WHIP AND 1/4 CUP PECANS.

YOU CAN MAKE THIS WITH 2 BOXES OF COCONUT PUDDING, INSTEAD OF THE CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA. OR MAYBE EVEN LEMON PUDDINGS. THAT SOUNDS GOOD.
