Center cut pork chops
1/4 c olive oil
2 T butter
salt, pepper, garlic

Glaze:
1 small jar orange marmalade
1/4 c orange juice
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil & butter over medium high heat in a skillet. Season both sides of each pork chop and cook only about 3 chops at a time to avoid a crowded pan. Sear about 3 minutes undisturbed on each side to form a brown coating. Prepare glaze by heating the ingredients in a small saucepan. After the chops are seared in the skillet, place them in a covered oven proof dish, drizzle with the glaze, and bake them at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
