5 lbs. red potatoes
sm. onion
1 lb. pkg. cubed ham
carrots
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1-2 pts. whipping cream
salt and pepper
green onions
shredded cheese
bacon pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Dice red potatoes (with skin on). Bring potatoes and onion to boil. Add ham and carrots. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender.

Mix cornstarch and whipping cream together. Pour into boiling soup. Once soups thickens, simmer. Add salt and pepper, if desired.

Garnish with green onions, shredded cheese and bacon pieces.
