1 (14 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. or so icing sugar
Maraschino cherries--cut up small
White bread
Whole wheat bread
Directions:
Directions:
Drain crushed pineapple well.
Beat together cream cheese & icing sugar (to taste)
Add pineapple & cherries.
Mix well.
Spread on sliced white & whole wheat bread.
Put slices together in 2 or 3 layers.
Cut off crusts with electric knife.
Slice into small rectangles or triangles-whichever you prefer.
