2-4 Large Chicken Breasts
1.5 - 3 tbsp. Butter
2-4 tbsp. EVOO
1/4 - 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 - 1/2 cup White Wine
1.5 - 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Slivered Almonds
Honey, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste

1. Pound Chicken and dust with flour. Sprinkle with salt & pepper on both sides

2. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the EVOO. Brown the chicken on both sides. Add in soy sauce, white wine, and lemon juice. Turn chicken to coat.

3. Place in oven dish, drizzle chicken with honey and top with slivered almonds.

4. Broil for about 5 minutes. Top with leftover sauce and serve.
