4 LBS BRATWURST (ABOUT 16 BRATS)
12-12 OZ BEERS OR MORE
1 ONION, SLICED,
2 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC

Directions:
PIERCE BRATS WITH FORK. IN A LARGE POT, ADD BEER, ONION AND GARLIC. BRING TO A BOIL. ADD BRATS. BRING BACK TO A BOIL REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE BRATS, DRY AND GRILL UNTIL BROWN ALL OVER.
