1 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
6 EGGS
1 CUP BUTTERMILK
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325º. MELT THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN DOUBLE BOILER OR IN MICROWAVE. MIX TOGETHER THE SUGAR, FLOUR AND SALT. ADD BUTTERMILK AND VANILLA. BEAT WITH MIXER OR WHISK UNTIL WELL COMBINED. STIR IN THE MELTED CHOCOLATE. POUR INTO AN UNBAKED PIE CRUST AND BAKE FOR 1 HR 15 MIN. TO 1 HR. 25 MIN. UNTIL CRISP ON TOP OR KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT WITH JUST A LITTLE MOIST CHOCOLATE ON IT. COOL AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM JUST BEFORE SERVING.
